Legal Counsel/Attorney

Job Description

Imperial Finance Corp is an established commercial debt collection agency that is seeking an attorney licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

The position would be fully remote and would involve the filing, representation and management of cases on the firm's behalf. Counsel would act as an independent contractor for the firm and file cases as needed. The candidate would enjoy a flexible schedule as well as a unique compensation model with significant potential for growth within the company. The role is ideal for recent law school graduates or for currently practicing attorneys looking for additional work to tack onto their current schedules.

Requirements:

Active License to Practice Law in the State of Pennsylvania

2-3 years of experience of practicing law

Experience with Merchant Cash Advance and/or Commercial Debt Collection

Job Types: Contract, Commission

Pay: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

• Bar (Preferred)
