What you'll be doing:

• Essentially a corporate and commercial role, but as is normal in-house, anything can come up.
• Taking a control of contracts and contract management, in drafting, negotiating and executing.
• Handling compliance and risk management issues, as well as corporate governance and disputes.

Who you'll likely need to be in order to succeed:

• It's essential that you have fluent, business level Arabic, and you need to be a KSA national.
• As a Director level position, you'll likely need at least 10+ years of post-qualified experience as a lawyer.
• The legal skill set is general corporate and commercial, additional experience across compliance, employment and regulatory is helpful.
