Legal Editor & Social Media Manager

Position Overview: We're seeking a dynamic Legal Editor & Social Media Manager to drive our content strategy and digital presence across the Lexops Group of Companies. This role combines legal expertise with digital marketing acumen to expand our reach in the legal, tax, contracting, and regulatory sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Content Creation & Management:

· Develop and execute editorial calendar for Lexops newsletter and social media platforms

· Create engaging, legally-accurate content tailored to professional audience segments

· Edit and proofread legal content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance

· Manage content distribution across multiple channels

· Optimize content for SEO and digital engagement

B. Social Media Strategy:

· Design and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms

· Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize engagement

· Create platform-specific content that drives audience growth

· Develop social listening strategies to understand audience needs

C. Growth & Monetization:

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify monetization opportunities

· Implement sustainable growth tactics for audience expansion

· Track and analyze content performance metrics

· Develop strategies to convert readers into customers

· Create promotional content for Lexops products and services

Required Qualifications:

· Law degree or equivalent legal qualification

· 3+ years experience in legal content creation or editing

· 2+ years experience in social media management

· Strong understanding of digital marketing principles

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in B2B content marketing

· Knowledge of SEO best practices

· Familiarity with legal tech industry

· Data analytics and reporting capabilities

· Experience with content management systems

· Understanding of regulatory compliance in digital marketing

Location: Delhi/ Bangalore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
