Legal Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive for a Film Production Company to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to vet, draft, and review contracts and legal documents to safeguard the organization’s interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet various legal agreements including but not limited to:
• Vendor Agreements
• Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Lease / Leave & License Agreements
• NDAs, MOUs, and Employment Contracts
• Client / Business Partner Contracts
• Ensure that all legal documents are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to understand contractual requirements and provide legal inputs.
• Maintain a repository of all agreements and track key contractual obligations, renewals, and expirations.
• Liaise with external legal counsels, consultants, or authorities as required.
• Support in handling notices, correspondences, and other legal documentation.
• Assist in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to contracts and company operations.
• Provide legal support for day-to-day business transactions and queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: LL.B. (Full-time) from a recognized university;
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and commercial agreements.
• Excellent drafting, interpretation, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with contract management systems is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
