JOB DESCRIPTION
Compile documents, identify documentation gaps, and present to management for review.
Draft legal documents: title flow, title opinions, MOUs, JDA, sales deeds, agreements to sell/build, customer sale deeds, notices, and police/public complaints.
Work with Liaison Dept. to secure RTCs, ECs, via RTI if needed. Coordinate with bankers, advocates, consultants, CRM, etc.
Interact with external advocates on legal matters, including title opinions, certificates, and sales deed drafting.
Engage with customers during the sale deed preparation process.
Coordinate with CRM for customer document registration and interaction with RERA and court matters.
Handle RERA project registration and complaints; represent before adjudicating officers and tribunals.
Manage consumer complaints and appear before District/State Consumer Forums.
Follow up on pending legal cases with advocates and maintain court diary.
Obtain and archive court orders/judgments/decrees.
Maintain legal documentation for land banks and individual projects.
Prepare legal summaries and documentation for property acquisitions and suit-filed accounts.
