We are a Company in the specialist field of construction of oil and gas pipelines for over 50 years. Our clients are reputed Public Sector Undertakings like GAIL, OIL, IOCL, IGL etc. For our contract management, legal issues & preparation of arbitration currently have openings for the positions of “Legal Assistant/ Lawyer” .This assignment may be temporary / Contractual / Permanent. Regular Correspondence, Legal Issues, Research of Law Points, Filling in MSME, Coordination with Lawyers, Preparation Cases Arbitration Contractual Correspondence

• Contractual Correspondence
• Regular Correspondence
• Legal issues research & opinion
• Preparation of cases for arbitration
• Research of law points
• Filing in MSME
• Coordination with Lawyers & Seniors
• Some Administrative issues
• Drafting

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Graduate in any discipline (B.A.LLB / LLB. / LLM etc.) Law students may also apply .
• Proficient in Drafting Letters.
• Good verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good legal research skills.

Location

• New Friend’s Colony, New Delhi (Only Delhi based candidates will be considered.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,540.91 - ₹35,682.16 per month
