Profile: Executive - Legal

Job Description

1.Initiating and processing inward requests for statutory notices.

2.Reviewing responses received from the Operations team along with the CIR and annexures.

3.Printing the generated responses and sending them for dispatch.

4.Creating inward and outward entries in the tracker.

5.Completing tasks for the closure of entries.

6.Attending walk-ins.

7.Checking and responding to all statutory-related emails from the entire Cons-Ops team.

8.Tracking all emails daily and updating the Litigation team on pending responses.

9.Checking matters on internal software daily and sending status updates to the team for necessary action.

10.Updating the tracker once responses are received from the team.

11.Creating entries for new matters or legal notices.

12.Initiating priority escalation for new matters or legal notices.

13.Reviewing all legal notices in the software daily and sending status updates to the team for necessary action.

14.Preparing a weekly dashboard for legal notices, litigation, and statutory notices.

15.Sharing statutory notice data for MBR.

16.Coordinating with external and internal advocates on a fortnightly basis.

17.Updating and maintaining the master file daily.

18.Keeping records of inward and outward entries for litigation and legal notices.

19.All other tasks assigned by reporting manager time to time.

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills ( written and verbal)

2. Good interpersonal skills – dealing with diff departments

3. Professional attitude, quick learner , good team player

4. Good knowledge of MS office ( word, excel and PowerPoint ) Excel is a must

5. Ability to deal with pressure ( month end)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,008.68 - ₹425,000.61 per year
