Legal Executive

IG International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive to join our team in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Department: Legal
Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: LL.B (mandatory), LL.M preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, company policies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinating with external counsels for litigation and dispute management.
• Managing legal documentation related to APMC, CIDCO, MIDC, and commercial properties.
• Providing legal advisory support to management for risk assessment and decision-making.

Required Skills:

• Strong legal drafting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and other compliance matters.
• Familiarity with import/export laws, GST, and corporate legal procedures.
