Legal Executive

NCG is Looking for a legal senior executive with 2-3 years of experience in contracts/MSA and labour compliance .

Job responsibilities
1) Drafting / Vetting of Master Service Agreement of client and vendor .
2) Drafting / vetting of NDA.
3) Handling ISO audit for contracts/legal
4) Documentation of all the legal agreements / SOW in central repository.

5) Business partnering for contracts and SOW. The contracts need to be executed in stamp paper, signed, sealed and sent to business on time.

6) Provide guidance on ad hoc legal queries from business.

Qualifications
Should be qualified LLB/MWS or having completed the diploma /course in law .

Experience: 2-4Years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
