Legal Executive

Job Description: -

Litigation – Handling civil and commercial disputes before courts and tribunals

Document Registration – Sale deeds, gift deeds, GPA, lease agreements, etc

RERA compliance – Advisory and documentation for real estate regulatory filings

PATA(Possession and Title Assurance) – Verification and validation of property title and possession records

EC (Encumbrance certificate) – Retrieval and examination of ECs for legal due diligence

Legal Advice – Providing strategic legal opinions to clients in property, civil and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities:-

Draft, vet and register legal documents including sale/gift deeds, agreements, POAs and affidavits.

Represent clients in litigation matters related to property disputes, RERA cases and civil suits.

Conduct title verification, EC checks and due diligence for property transactions.

Coordinate with sub-registrar offices and other government bodies for registrations and certifications.

Advice clients on compliance under RERA and local property laws.

Prepare legal opinions, case summaries and notices

Maintain accurate records of case files, registrations, and client communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB): LLM is a plus

Licensed to practice laws in your jurisdiction

5+ yrs of relevant experience in property law, litigation or registration

Strong understanding of RERA,PATA, EC and property related documentation

Proficiency in local languages and excellent drafting skills
