Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>In-house lawyer to assist in drafting and preparation of contracts, agreements, terms sheets, heads of agreements and memoranda and other legal documents.</li> <li>Conduct legal research on matters related to business requirements.</li> <li>Handle receipt of legal queries from internal customers and ensuring addresal within the given response time.</li> <li>Should have knowledge in corporate law, business contracts, M & A contracts, MoA, due diligence.</li> </ul> About the Company <p>Mining and trading business in various minerals having multi-country presence.
