Responsibilities

• Attending court to assist with the presentation of cases.
• Conducting advocacy in High Court and County Court
• Contract Management – Domestic and International
• Maintaining the record of Intellectual Property rights(IPR), Trademark, Design Copyright
• Registration & Opposition
• Renewal Of Trademark
• Review the Bank Guarantees
• Legal Documentations

Requirements

Qualification

• Degree in Law
• Have Exposure of Manufacturing Company or Pharma Manufacturing

Experience: 2-4 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
