Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); additional certifications in real estate law will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, contract law, and real estate documentation.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have strong knowledge of legal drafting, including notices, agreements, deeds, undertakings, MoUs, and contracts.
- Expertise in RERA regulations, documentation, compliance procedures, and project registration-related work.
- Knowledge of Conveyance Deed, including drafting, vetting, and coordination with relevant authorities.
- Knowledge of Correction Deed / Rectification Deed and handling required documentation.
- Ability to interact and coordinate with clients/customers to resolve their legal queries, doubts, and documentation issues.
- Assist in due diligence, title search reports, and verification of property documents.
- Liaison with government departments, advocates, and external legal consultants.
- Manage legal records, agreements, and maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
- Support in drafting and reviewing land acquisition documents, sale deeds, lease agreements, and development agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and ongoing legal updates.
- Prepare legal MIS reports and assist in litigation follow-ups, case updates, and hearing coordination.
