Job Title: Legal Exevutive

Department: Legal

Reports To: General Counsel/Director

Job Summary: The Legal Affairs Manager is responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to the company, with a focus on court proceedings and Section 138 cases. This role involves managing legal documentation, coordinating with external legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all court cases involving the company, including civil and criminal litigation.

* Handle Section 138 cases, including the issuance of legal notices, follow-up, and resolution.

* Prepare and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.

* Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage their activities.

* Maintain accurate records of all legal matters and ensure timely reporting.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

* Conduct legal research and provide advice to the company on legal matters.

* Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in legal affairs, with a focus on court proceedings and Section 138 cases.

* Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,707.24 per month
