You’ll handle legal documentation, compliance, and business support for a fast-growing co-working space. The role needs someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external legal advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing & managing agreements (License Agreements, Vendor Contracts, Renewals, Clients Agreements).
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, registrations, and business policies.
- Maintaining legal records and trackers related to agreements, disputes, and renewals.
- Coordinating with advocates for notices, documentation, and case follow-ups.
- Supporting due-diligence processes, internal audits, and statutory documentation.
- Handling queries related to client onboarding, security deposits, and contractual obligations.
- Managing confidential documents with discretion.
Required Skills & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 1–3 years of experience in legal/contract management (co-working/real estate preferred).
- Strong drafting & comprehension skills.
- Basic understanding of commercial laws and contract law.
- Good communication skills—written & verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
