Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing and future legal initiatives.
- Manage and mitigate potential legal risks associated with business operations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments within the organization.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and best practices in the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Professional certification or licensure in legal practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
