Job Title: Manager – Content Development (Legal Courses)

Role Overview:

As the Manager – Content Development (Legal Courses), you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of legal courses. You will create high-quality study materials, mock tests, and online learning resources while ensuring alignment with industry trends and exam requirements. This role requires a strong blend of legal expertise, academic acumen, and leadership skills to drive the success of the legal vertical at ixamBee.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Development:

• Design and oversee the development of legal course content, including study materials, quizzes, mock tests, and video lectures.
• Ensure accuracy, relevance, and comprehensiveness of content for exams such as Law Officer Exams (SEBI, RBI, IBPS, SBI, NIACL), and other regulatory body legal exams.
• Regularly update and refine course content based on syllabus changes, exam patterns, and student feedback.
• Address student queries and provide academic support on WhatsApp and Telegram to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Market Research & Course Expansion:

• Analyze legal exam trends, competitor offerings, and student needs to identify new course opportunities.
• Develop strategies to expand and strengthen ixamBee’s legal course portfolio.
• Stay updated with legal education reforms, judicial precedents, and regulatory changes affecting competitive exams.

Business & Revenue Growth:

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance course visibility and student enrollments.
• Develop high-quality, interactive YouTube videos for the LegalBee channel to enhance student engagement
• Identify monetization opportunities and contribute to the strategic growth of the legal content vertical.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; LLM or MBA is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in legal education, content development, or EdTech.
• Prior experience of appearing in Law Officer Exams (SEBI, RBI, IBPS, SBI, NIACL) or other regulatory body legal exams is highly preferred.
• Desirable: Prior experience in a leadership role managing legal course content and faculty teams.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Business acumen with a focus on content monetization and student engagement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and tech teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize content effectiveness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Teaching: 3 years (Preferred)
• Content development: 2 years (Preferred)
