**Salary:** ₹80,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month

**Timing:** 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Head to oversee our legal affairs and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and a proven track record of handling complex legal matters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide legal advice and support to senior management on all aspects of construction projects.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including disputes and negotiations.

- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential legal risks.

- Oversee the legal aspects of project management, including subcontractor agreements and vendor contracts.

- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise the company accordingly.

- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; additional qualifications such as a Master’s degree (LLM) or Bar Council membership are advantageous.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a legal role, with a focus on construction law.

- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
