Key Responsibilities:
1. Property and Real Estate Law:
- Review, draft, and negotiate lease agreements, sale deeds, MoUs, title documents, and other real estate documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence of properties, verify titles, encumbrances, and land-use permissions.
- Handle land acquisition, lease renewals, property tax, and registration processes.
- Liaise with external counsels, landowners, and government authorities on property-related matters.
2. Corporate Law & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other corporate governance standards.
- Draft and vet board resolutions, shareholders’ agreements, joint ventures, and other corporate documents.
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, business restructuring, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in secretarial functions in coordination with the Company Secretary.
3. Civil & Contractual Matters:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, etc.
- Manage and respond to legal notices, represent the company in civil disputes.
- Support arbitration and litigation processes and maintain litigation records.
- Coordinate with external legal counsels for court representations.
4. Trademarks & Intellectual Property:
- Manage trademark registrations, renewals, and enforcement of brand IP rights.
- Handle infringements and oppositions related to trademarks and copyrights.
- Maintain and update the company’s IP portfolio in coordination with IP consultants.
5. Risk Management & Advisory:
- Provide legal opinions and risk mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders.
- Support audits, investigations, and internal compliance programs.
- Train internal teams on legal and regulatory changes affecting business operations.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per month
