We are seeking elite remote sales closers who want to build a six-figure career supported by a strong base pay and even stronger performance-based incentives. This role is for professionals who are disciplined, self-managed, and motivated by results—not supervision.
As a Remote Legal Intake Executive, you will own high-intent leads from first conversation to signed client. You are the first and most important impression of the firm, responsible for qualifying decisively, controlling the conversation, and closing with confidence—while still leading with empathy.
This is not a customer service role and not a casual remote position. It is a performance-driven sales role with real upside for those who execute consistently.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound personal injury leads remotely via phone
- Qualify cases efficiently and guide qualified prospects to a signature
- Build trust quickly while maintaining urgency and control
- Ask effective discovery questions to determine case fit and viability
- Accurately document all interactions in the firm’s CRM/intake systems
- Collaborate with intake leadership to advance approved cases
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly closing and intake goals
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, legal intake, call center sales, or outbound closing
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Demonstrated ability to close deals or convert qualified leads
- Experience working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment
- Comfortable being measured on KPIs, conversion rates, and results
- Strong emotional intelligence—able to balance urgency with empathy
- Highly organized, dependable, and self-managed in a remote setting
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Full-time availability within the following hours:
- Mon–Fri: 7:30am–7:00pm
- Sat–Sun: 8:00am–5:00pm
- Proven success in remote sales, legal intake, call center sales, or outbound closing
- Comfortable being measured on KPIs, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes
- Strong emotional intelligence—able to combine urgency with empathy
- Highly organized, reliable, and consistent in a remote environment
- Personal injury or legal intake experience is a plus, not required
Remote Role Requirements:
- Quiet, professional home office environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work scheduled hours
- Comfort using CRM systems, dialers, and intake software
- Ability to work independently while staying accountable to performance metrics
Compensation & Upside:
- Base Pay: $20/hr - $25/hr
- Incentives: Aggressive, results-based commissions
- On Target Earnings: $120k - 160k for experienced fits
