Legal Intake Specialist

The JCL Law Firm, APC is dedicated to protecting the rights of California employees through effective, attentive and result driven representation. The JCL Law Firm, APC is seeking a SPANISH SPEAKING Legal Intake Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join its San Diego and/or Carlsbad offices. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, fluent in Spanish and experience with data entry and document management systems.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients
- Transcribing information accurately and efficiently
- Entering data into document management systems

- Conducting research
- Proofreading documents for accuracy
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Assisting with clerical and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient in data entry and document management systems
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Fluent in Spanish

- Experience with UniCourt, Clio and PACER

- Prior legal intake experience strongly preferred
