Job Description –
What you will do:

• Conduct legal research on RERA, property law, labour laws, and related topics.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents.
• Maintain legal files and databases; track renewals and deadlines.
• Respond to internal queries on legal issues across departments (development, sales, operations).
• Liaise with external counsels and support the Legal Department in day-to-day operations.
• Assist with any other legal tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a law degree (2nd/3rd/4th/final year) or a fresh law graduate.
• Basic understanding of property law, corporate law, and contract law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Marathi, Hindi).
• Good research and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
