We are a fast-growing investment banking and advisory firm working at the intersection of finance, strategy, and innovation. We are looking for a proactive Legal Intern to support our in-house legal and HR teams.
Role Overview:
As a Legal Intern, you will assist the company in reviewing and drafting documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting HR-related legal processes. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the legal operations of a financial services company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and service agreements.
- Support in compliance with SEBI, RBI, and company law regulations as applicable to the investment banking industry.
- Help maintain legal documentation and ensure timely renewals and filings
- Assist HR in reviewing employment contracts, internship agreements, and internal policies.
- Research on labor laws, ESOPs, and other HR legal matters.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors or consultants when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of all legal communications and documents.
- Provide assistance in internal audits or due diligence processes.
- What We’re Looking For:
- Pursuing/completed LLB or equivalent law degree.
- Strong interest in corporate law, labor law, and financial regulations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prior internship experience in corporate/legal teams (preferred but not mandatory).
- Available to work full-time or part-time as required.
