Job Title: Legal Intern – Blackbull Law House

Overview
Blackbull Law House requires a dedicated Legal Intern with strong communication abilities and a long-term commitment mindset. The role supports corporate legal operations, document development, research, compliance tasks, and structured workflow execution. The position is designed for individuals who are serious about building a stable legal career with disciplined professional conduct.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, notices, corporate documents, MOUs, policies, and internal governance papers.
  • Conduct statutory and regulatory research, summarise findings, and present clear written interpretations.
  • Support due-diligence tasks, data verification, documentation audits, and compliance preparation.
  • Maintain document records, version control, and structured filing of legal material.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and partner entities for information gathering.
  • Prepare structured reports, briefs, and status updates for senior legal officers.
  • Assist in the creation of work completion letters, authorisation notes, mandates, and execution confirmations.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.
  • Provide support in policy drafting, standard operating procedures, and corporate governance documentation.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand legal concepts, interpret documents, and convert instructions into accurate drafts.
