Job Title: Legal Intern – Blackbull Law House
Overview
Blackbull Law House requires a dedicated Legal Intern with strong communication abilities and a long-term commitment mindset. The role supports corporate legal operations, document development, research, compliance tasks, and structured workflow execution. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, notices, corporate documents, MOUs, policies, and internal governance papers.
- Conduct statutory and regulatory research, summarise findings, and present clear written interpretations.
- Support due-diligence tasks, data verification, documentation audits, and compliance preparation.
- Maintain document records, version control, and structured filing of legal material.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and partner entities for information gathering.
- Prepare structured reports, briefs, and status updates for senior legal officers.
- Assist in the creation of work completion letters, authorisation notes, mandates, and execution confirmations.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.
- Provide support in policy drafting, standard operating procedures, and corporate governance documentation.
