Legal Intern

· Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal agreements, including actor contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and distribution deals.

· Maintaining a structured database of agreements and contracts in Excel (tracking execution dates, expiry, renewal deadlines, etc.).

· Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and copyright laws.

· Assisting in negotiations and liaising with legal teams, talent managers, and production executives.

· Managing intellectual property rights, including licensing, music rights, and script clearance.

· Handling documentation related to film releases, censorship board approvals, and distribution.

· Researching legal case studies, policies, and industry practices for reference

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
