Location: İstanbul, Türkiye (Hybrid)

About the Internship Program:

Our 2026 Legal Internship Program is designed for talented law students who are expected to graduate in 2026 seeking practical experience in a dynamic legal setting. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to various practice areas, working closely with our experienced lawyers on real cases and transactions. The program aims to develop legal research, drafting, and analytical skills while fostering a deeper understanding of legal practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth legal research on corporate law, data privacy, dispute resolution, TMT, mergers & acquisitions, employment law, and regulatory matters.
• Assisting in the preparation and review of contracts, memorandums, corporate housekeeping documentation, data privacy documents, and petitions for disputes.
• Supporting lawyers in case preparations, due diligence processes, negotiations, and dispute resolution matters.
• Monitoring legislative developments and drafting legal alerts and information notes accordingly.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from law students who are expected to graduate in 2026 and:

• Have a strong academic record (at least 3.0 GPA) and an interest in corporate and commercial law.
• Possess excellent research, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English (a valid IELTS score of at least 7.0 and/or a TOEFL score of at least 100 is required).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Team player with self-motivation, diligence, and a constructive and critical mindset.
• Have previous summer internship experience in a law firm or legal department (preferred but not required).
