Legal Intern

Job Description:
Sonisvision Corporates LLP is hiring Legal Interns (IPR & Corporate Law) for its Ajmer office. This role is ideal for law students who wish to gain hands-on exposure in Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate/Commercial Law through practical, real-world legal work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research on IPR laws (Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs, Patents)
• Assisting in trademark filings, oppositions, and prosecution matters
• Drafting and reviewing corporate agreements, notices, and legal documents
• Supporting compliance-related and corporate advisory work
• Assisting senior associates in ongoing client matters

Eligibility Criteria:

• Law students pursuing LLB (3-year or 5-year course)
• Strong interest in IPR and Corporate Law
• Good legal drafting and research skills
• Ability to work offline at Ajmer office
