Legal Intern

We advise individuals and businesses across technology, healthcare, international commercial transactions, construction and real estate, project finance, dispute resolution, employment, and data protection.

We are now looking for a  high-potential trainee lawyer  who is genuinely passionate about the legal profession and willing to grow through discipline, responsibility, and hard work.

This is not a routine internship. It is a  long-term investment  in the right person.

What You Will Do

As a trainee, you will work  directly with partners and senior lawyers  and gradually take responsibility as your skills develop.

• Support senior lawyers in  complex legal matters  including data protection, corporate and commercial law, healthcare, construction, and project finance
• Participate in  drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements  under supervision
• Assist in  personal data protection compliance projects  and regulatory assessments
• Conduct  legal research and analysis  on Turkish and international legislation
• Monitor legal, regulatory, and policy developments and prepare concise reports
• Learn how legal advice is shaped by  business realities , not theory alone

Who We Are Looking For

• Law degree from a reputable law school
• Advanced English  (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in  commercial, corporate, and technology-related legal work
• Long-term career focus in the legal profession
• High work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn fast
• Comfortable with  feedback, high standards, and accountability
• Able to think clearly, communicate simply, and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Successful HMGS Exam result
