Duration: 1–3 months
Stipend: 10,000-15,000 INR

Role Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Legal Interns to assist our legal team with contract drafting, legal research, compliance documentation, and client advisory support. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in corporate legal practice and legal technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review agreements, notices, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial laws
• Support in preparing compliance reports and checklists
• Assist in legal content creation and client communication
• Work closely with the legal and IPR teams on cross-functional tasks

Qualifications:

• Pursuing BBA LLB, BA LLB, or equivalent
• Good understanding of Indian contract law, IPR, and corporate compliance
• Strong research and writing skills
• Proficient in MS Word and legal databases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
