This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Trainee based in Ankara, Turkey, with flexibility for some remote work.

The Legal Trainee will actively be involved in the firm’s intellectual property enforcement operations , particularly anti-counterfeiting matters involving globally recognized luxury brands .

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in high-volume case management
• Supporting test purchase processes and evidence collection strategies
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, petitions, and settlement communications
• Conducting legal research on IP law, criminal enforcement, and compensation mechanisms
• Assisting in mediation and settlement workflows
• Supporting ongoing litigation and enforcement actions (civil & criminal)

This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time enforcement strategies , requiring speed, precision, and strong ownership.

• Strong foundation in law and legal reasoning
• Demonstrated interest in intellectual property law and brand protection (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
• Skills in legal drafting, document preparation, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in legal research tools and methodologies
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to take initiative and handle responsibility under supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (or equivalent qualification)
• Fluency in Turkish and strong proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
