Role Overview
As a Legal Operations Intern, you will support our team with various administrative, technical, and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional legal environment while working with an SRA-regulated firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client communication and case management
- Assist with documentation and data entry
- Help manage email correspondence via Outlook
- Maintain records using MS Word and Excel
- Support marketing and lead generation activities
- Coordinate with UK-based team members
- Handle administrative tasks with precision and timeliness
Essential Requirements
Educational Background:
- Law Degree (LLB/LLM/BA-LLB) OR
- IT/Computer Science background (BCA/MCA/B.Tech/B.Sc CS)
Language Skills:
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Clear accent and strong communication abilities
- Professional telephone manner
Technical Requirements:
- Personal laptop/PC with good configuration (minimum i3/Ryzen 3, 8GB RAM)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills
