Legal Intern (Projects & Finance; Corporate/M&A)

Job Description

By joining us as a legal intern, you will experience an enriching internship in our highly regarded banking, finance, corporate and M&A practice areas, where you will work alongside partners and experienced lawyers who will be there to support and guide you during your internship. Thanks to our firm's full service and international capabilities, you will also have the possibility to participate in various cross-border legal projects in a broad range of practice areas. Getting to know a major law firm as early as possible is a great idea and experiencing an internship with us is the best way to do so.

During your internship, your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting legal research;
• Drafting legal documents (i.e. formalities, certificates, corporate documentation of Turkish companies, legal opinions, agreements, memorandums, etc);
• Proof-reading legal documents;
• Drafting email notes for clients;
• Writing summaries of case-law decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree from a reputable Law Faculty with a minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 (or 75/100);
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (a minimum IELTS 7 or TOEFL 95 scores);
• Motivated, eager to learn and expand your network;
• A great team player and always open to new challenges;
• Interested in experiencing an international and challenging environment.
