Mutakamela Insurance is a growing leader in the insurance sector in Saudi Arabia, committed to maintaining strong governance and legal compliance standards. We are seeking a motivated Legal Trainee (Tamheer) to join our Legal Department and support the company’s legal operations.

In this role, you will assist the legal team with documentation, regulatory compliance, and legal inquiries while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and contracts.

• Support in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Assist in handling legal correspondence and maintaining case files.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required.

• Conduct basic legal research and support ongoing legal matters.

• Contribute to improving legal processes and documentation accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.

• 0 to less than 1 year of experience in a legal role (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Strong understanding of legal principles and documentation.

• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

• Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer Program.
