Ø Roles & Responsibilities

· Municipal Corporation permission Procedure ,Land Acquisition Proceeding References and Write Petition thereon , MRTP Act Maharashtra Land Revenue Code , Royalty, Revenue proceeding.

· Represent company before court , Tribunal , Forum and Collector , Sub Division Officer,
Collector of Stamp, Charity commissioner ,Co-operative court , Jt. Commissioner , Government Authority

· Interaction and Liaisoning with Govt. Authorities like Collector, MHADA, SRA,MCGM, Revenue Authorities , Tahsildar, Talathi ,TILR, DILR, Collector of Stamp, Special Land Acquisition Officer , Directorate Of Archaeological Survey of India.

· Liasioning with SDO, collector for getting purchase permission under the provisions of Bombay tenancy and Agricultural land Act, correspond with revenue authorities for getting mutated companies name on revenue record.

· Due Diligence, investigation of title of property and accordingly Issue title report. Conducted search in Sub registrar office.

· Liasioning with various legal consultants, land lords, various government agencies from Talathi to Collector and mantralaya.

· Ensure all requisites are in place for necessary approvals within defined timelines as per the stage of respective projects

· Ensure the submission of all relevant documents and follows up with the various Government/Regulatory departments

· Coordinate with the liaison architect for reviewing all project plans/drawings to be submitted for obtaining necessary licenses by ensuring compliance with all regulatory/statutory guidelines

· Meet the key government officials and represents company’s critical matters related to the obtaining of technical sanctions

· Coordinate with the Project team to obtain necessary licenses/ certificates as per the progress of the project construction.

· Establish and maintains relationships across levels within all concerned state and central government agencies/ departments

· Ensure statutory compliance and proper documentation of all projects

· Independently manage the important cash transactions with the concerned authorities
To be well versed provisions of CPC, Transfer of Property law, Contract Act, MHADA, SRA,
Liaison with Municipal Corporation offices.

· Shall be aware of RERA registration & further procedures

· Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.

· Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary.

· Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete.

· Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough.

  • Willing to travel in various government agencies and all sites.

Ø RequiredQualifications

  • 3 + years of experience in Legal & liaisioning Advisor
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
  • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
  • Proven organizational and planning ability
  • Good Communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
