Industry Experience: Real Estate, predominantly in Tamilnadu

No. of years of experience: Minimum of 10 years & 5 years mandatory experience in real estate industry

Language known: English and mandatorily to have capability to read tamil

Knowledge domain expected: Local planning regulation and land use laws in TN with TN RERA rules and regulation

Work Description

1. Validation of property title and legal due diligence

2. Drafting of agreements for JDA under both area or revenue sharing arrangement, outright purchase option and DM model

3. Drafting of sale and construction agreement for customers

4. Drafting of settlement agreements

5. Representing in various judicial forums including RERA

6. Property registration

7. Verification of documents thru online mode

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
