Legal Manager

• Handle litigation matters across civil, criminal, labor, and commercial laws impacting the education sector.
• Represent the organization in court proceedings, tribunals, and statutory authorities, directly or through external counsel.
• Draft, review, and vet pleadings, affidavits, rejoinders, petitions, and other litigation-related documents.
• Liaise with external advocates, law firms, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain and track case records, deadlines, and litigation status reports.
• Provide legal opinions on disputes, regulatory issues, and compliance risks in the education industry.
• Advise management on strategies for dispute resolution and alternative dispute mechanisms (ADR).
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and MoUs related to vendors, staff, and education partners.
• Ensure compliance with education sector regulations, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
