  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Legal Activities:
  • • Serve as a legal and business advisor to Management
  • • Lead negotiations and active participation as the first point of contact on legal issues.
  • • Liaise with and provide general legal advice and support stakeholders like Sales, HR,
  • Commercial, and Business Team, including Senior Leadership on a broad range of legal
  • disciplines, including company law, labour compliances, commercial contracts, regulatory,
  • business law, local laws on privacy, compliance and anti-corruption etc, State and local law
  • compliances.
  • • Support and/or the implementation of innovative and replicable legal solutions to business
  • problems, managing policies and ensuring consistency with corporate strategy and business
  • objectives, while maintaining the company's high standards of integrity and ethical and
  • transparent conduct.
  • • Ability to analyze legal implications of various issues and advising various internal
  • stakeholders and management on it.
  • • Knowledge in legal aspects relating to various Labour Laws, Shops and Establishment
  • Legislations, Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act etc.
  • • Drafting, reviewing and finalizing of various corporate contracts, memorandum of
  • understandings, NDA, LOI, Sale deeds, Leave and License agreements, CSR projects legal
  • documentation and due diligence, engagement letters, etc., drafting responses to various
  • letters, legal notices etc., development / review of policies from a legal perspective and other
  • legal activities as may be assigned from time to time.
  • • Manage legal aspects including due diligence, document review, identification and resolution
  • of operational and legal issues, obtaining of regulatory and third-party approvals and closing.
  • • Handle statutory compliance programs; policy/ internal guidelines/SOPs formulation/POSH
  • Policies. Advise on compliance with internal policies, statutes, and other regulatory
  • requirements.
  • • Liasoning with External advocates on appropriate legal documents for trial or court
  • proceedings.
  • • Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • • Represent the company in legal proceedings.
  • • Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
  • • Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
  • • Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
  • • Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
  • • Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal
  • regulations.

  • Secretarial Activities:

  • • Responsible for compliance required under the provisions of the Indian Companies Act 2013
  • such as:
  • • Preparation and maintenance of registers, returns, Annual report, Directors report, financial
  • statement(s) etc.
  • • Statutory e-fillings to the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Ministry of Corporate Affairs as
  • required.
  • Professional Experience:
  • •Should have sound knowledge of Legal matters and should have updated knowledge of Indian
  • Laws, Business Commercial Contracts, Contract Vetting and Drafting.
  • Understanding of IT and app development industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
