The role will serve as a legal business partner to the Group’s diversified operations across Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Agriculture. The incumbent will ensure timely legal enablement of projects, proactive risk mitigation in contracts and operations, and effective implementation of compliance frameworks across jurisdictions. The position demands a solution-oriented professional capable of balancing legal precision with commercial pragmatism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dispute Resolution & Litigation • Manage and coordinate all ongoing and potential disputes and litigation.

  • Draft and respond to legal notices, demand letters, and show-cause notices.
  • Liaise with external counsel for case briefing, document preparation, and court appearances.
  • Assist in strategizing litigation and settlement approaches to ensure timely resolution.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Management

  • Handle filings, renewals, and oppositions for trademarks, patents, and other IP assets. • Coordinate with IP consultants/law firms for registration, enforcement, and infringement actions. • Maintain the IP portfolio and advise business teams on brand protection and IP usage guidelines.

3. Contracting & Commercial • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements — service, vendor, consultancy, NDAs, leases, consortium/JV, MoUs, and partnership documents. • Maintain the central contract repository and ensure timely renewals, compliance, and performance tracking. • Advise stakeholders on contractual risks and provide commercially sound mitigations.

Compliance & Regulatory • Ensure operational compliance with applicable laws, licenses, and regulations Ensure operational compliance with applicable laws, licenses, and regulations across all operating jurisdictions.Support development and monitoring of compliance trackers and reporting mechanisms. • Assist in periodic audits, statutory filings, and regulatory correspondences.

5. Governance, Policy & Risk • Support implementation of internal legal and compliance policies and procedures. • Identify recurring risk patterns and recommend long-term structural mitigations. • Draft and maintain standard templates, SOPs, and approval workflows. • Support data protection, confidentiality, and information security obligations in line with ISO, SOC2, and CAP standards.

6. Legal Advisory & Research • Provide day-to-day legal support to management and operational teams. • Offer guidance on labor, data privacy, and sector-specific compliance matters. • Conduct legal research and prepare internal opinions, policy notes, and templates.

7. Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with senior management, functional heads, and external counsel on strategic legal matters. • Translate legal advice into actionable, commercially aligned recommendations •Participate in management review meetings and provide legal insight into business decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
