Legal Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Alenshaiah Contracting Company is seeking a highly qualified Legal Manager to handle all legal matters, contractual protections, and dispute management across the company’s construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Provide legal advice on disputes, claims, risks, and commercial issues.

• Prepare legal notices, correspondences, and documentation.

• Support management in arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution.

• Ensure proper legal recordkeeping and contract archiving.

• Coordinate with external law firms when required.

• Protect the company’s legal and contractual interests at all times.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) — Master’s degree is a plus.

• 10+ years of legal experience, preferably in construction/contracting sector.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi commercial & construction laws.

• Excellent English legal drafting and negotiation skills.

• Experience in claims, disputes, and arbitration is a strong advantage.

• High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
