Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a Legal Manager who will handle legal, compliance and team management responsibilities. The role requires supervising team tasks, ensuring follow-ups and timely closure of all legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the legal team
• Assign, monitor and review daily tasks
• Ensure timely follow-ups & closures
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements & MOUs
• Handle legal notices, replies & documentation
• Coordinate litigation matters with advocates
• Ensure statutory & regulatory compliance
• Handle ROC & company law matters
• Maintain case trackers, MIS & documentation
• Provide legal support to management

Requirements:

• LLB / LLM qualification
• Experience in team handling & supervision
• Strong drafting, communication & coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience:

• 3–8 years (Flexible)

Salary:

• Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 35,000 per month
• (Based on experience, skills & interview performance)
