Legal Manager

We are looking for teammates who will work with us in MAC, #1 Fitness Operator in Turkey which is evolving as a digital wellness company including MAC/One, MACFit, MACStudio and NuSpa brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily legal support to business operations,
• Contribute to ongoing business processes and projects from a legal perspective,
• Closely cooperate with local and international teams,
• Identify legal risks in advance and take necessary precautions,
• Manage regulatory compliance and corporate governance processes,
• Handle relations with external service providers (law firms, notaries, etc.),
• Understand business needs and provide proactive, solution-oriented legal advice,
• Continuously develop legal knowledge and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Law degree,
• Minimum 7 years of experience,
• Experience working in medium or large-scale enterprises,
• Experience in managing small legal teams,
• Experience working with senior executives and in multicultural environments,
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, corporate law, labor law, and contract law,
• Excellent command of English,
• Proactive, solution-oriented, business-focused, and a strong team player,
• Strong communication skills, accuracy, diligence, and task delivery orientation.
