Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled legal professional to oversee all legal matters and requirements of the group and its subsidiaries, both internally and externally and to act as a supportive partner in protecting the group's interests and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full supervision of all legal affairs of the Energize Group and its subsidiaries.
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing all types of contracts and agreements (clients, suppliers, partners, operational contracts, lease agreements, service contracts, memoranda of understanding).
- Drafting and reviewing employee contracts across all categories and monitoring internal labor regulations and HR policies.
- Monitoring legal cases and disputes (if any) and coordinating with departments, judicial, and official authorities.
- Representing the group legally before governmental and semi-governmental entities when needed.
- Providing legal advice to senior management and all departments to ensure sound commercial and operational decision-making.
- Ensuring that all group companies comply with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Tracking regulatory and legislative updates, analyzing their impact on the group's operations, and raising necessary recommendations.
- Preparing legal memoranda, official letters, and internal/external legal responses.
- Managing, organizing, and archiving all legal files and contracts of the group.
- Reviewing contracts before signing to ensure protection of the group's interests and mitigation of legal risks.
- Monitoring contractual obligations and ensuring their execution according to agreed terms.
- Participating in the preparation of legal policies and corporate governance within the group.
- Supporting various departments (Sales, HR, Logistics, Operations) in legal aspects of their work.
- Coordinating with external legal advisors, following up on their work, and evaluating their performance.
- Working on developing internal legal procedures and improving efficiency to support the group's expansion.
Requirements:
- Saudi national.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Shariah, or an equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience in legal affairs (preferably in groups or multi-company organizations).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi regulations.
- High-level legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English.
- Professionalism, precision, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
