Legal Manager

The role involves handling property title verification, due diligence, drafting and vetting of sale and loan documents, coordination with banks and government authorities, and representation in courts and tribunals related to property and recovery matters.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: LL.B / LL.M from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 5–10 years in real estate and auction property transactions.
• Proficiency in DRT, NCLT, RERA, SARFAESI, and Civil Court proceedings.
• Strong command over title clearance, registration procedures, and recovery-related litigation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
