Legal Manager

Role

Oversees day-to-day legal operations for real estate projects and ensures compliance, documentation accuracy, and risk control.

Responsibilities

Manage legal matters for land acquisition, sales, leasing, and registrations

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, MOUs, sale deeds, and contracts

Ensure compliance with RERA, property laws, and local regulations

Conduct legal due diligence and title verification

Coordinate with external advocates, authorities, and consultants

Identify legal risks and advise management on mitigation

Support project, sales, and operations teams with legal guidance

Qualifications

LLB / LLM

7 to 12 years of real estate legal experience

Strong knowledge of property, RERA, and contract laws

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
