Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Officer with strong experience in corporate law, contracts, and intellectual property to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a corporate environment, and should be capable of independently managing legal operations and advising the company on matters relevant to its business domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
• Provide legal advisory on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Handle intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and design registrations.
• Liaise with external legal counsel for litigation and specialized legal services.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal teams with legal guidance on projects, partnerships, and new initiatives.
• Maintain organized legal documentation and manage contract repositories.

Required Qualifications

• LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a corporate setup.( Do not apply if this criteria is not met )
• Strong knowledge of contracts, IP law, and corporate compliance.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple legal assignments independently.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to technology, design, or engineering services.
• Experience handling international contracts or IP filings.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in risk management.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
