We’re now looking for an in-house Legal Officer who understands the unique needs of fast-moving businesses, and is ready to take ownership of legal functions across different verticals. If you want to grow with a company from the ground up, this might be your place.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage agreements such as MoUs, vendor contracts, service-level agreements, partnership contracts, and NDAs.
• Provide legal guidance on real estate transactions, marketing compliance, advertising regulations, and financial/legal operational matters.
• Handle documentation, due diligence, and compliance related to property/real estate transactions.
• Maintain and track registrations, licenses, and corporate legal documents.
• Assist internal teams by advising on legal procedures, obligations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage matters related to intellectual property, data privacy, and employment law (as applicable).
• Liaise with government authorities (municipal bodies, regulatory departments, RERA, etc.) for filings and approvals.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors or counsel when required.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, notices, legal correspondence, and regulatory communications.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when required (civil, consumer, or statutory matters).
• Keep updated with legal developments and compliance requirements relevant to our industries — Real Estate, RERA, Advertising Law, Contract Law, Digital Regulations, etc.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution. Enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–5 years of legal experience (in-house or at a law firm); experience in real estate, media, or digital marketing sectors is a plus.
• A solid understanding of statutes such as the Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, CPC, CRPC among others.
• Comfortable handling diverse legal needs across different industries.
• Able to work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong understanding of Indian contract Act, real estate regulation, media law and financial and Tax compliance.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital document tools.
• Someone who values structure but can thrive in the chaos of a startup
• Based in Noida or willing to relocate for a full-time on-site role.
