• Land analysis: Understanding the client's needs for land use, size, and location
• Market research: Conducting market research and feasibility reports
• Negotiation: Negotiating with landowners, farmers, and government departments
• Due diligence: Reviewing and performing due diligence on land documents
• Contract drafting: Drafting framework contracts with landowners
• Regulatory coordination: Preparing, submitting, and coordinating with regulatory agencies
• Land records: Maintaining land records, purchase agreements, and other relevant documents
