The ideal candidate should be Graduate and LLB qualification having 10 to 15 years of experience in legal field viz., civil and criminal , corporate law etc. with result oriented mindset and reporting to Chairman.

1) To handle corporate law.

2) Arbitration Tribunal

3) NCLT Matt3er

4) DRT Matter

5) Sarfeasi Act

6) Labour Law compliances relating to factory

7) 138 NI Act

8) Type of Trademark

9) RERA/West Bengal Housing Industries Regulation compliance

Age: 40-50 years.

Location - Kolkata

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
