Drafting application and u/s Section 19 of The Recovery of Debts Due to

Banks and Financial Institution Act.

❖ Appeared and Defend against the borrower u/s 17 of the

Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of

Security Interest Act, 2002

❖ Drafting application u/s 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of

Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 and

appear.

❖ Drafting u/s 13(2) notice of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of

Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

❖ Drafting Summary Suit Under Order XXXVII of the Code of Civil Procedure,

1908 and appeared before the City Civil Court.

❖ Appear and Defend before the National Company Law

Tribunal u/s 94 & 95 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

❖ Draft Application u/s 7, 8 & 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,

2016.

❖ Draft Consumer complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

❖ Appear before District Forum and State Commission and defended

various E-commerce Companies, Financial Institutions and Banks.

❖ Draft and appeared before various District Court in Execution

Application under Order 21 of Code of Civil Procedure.

❖ Draft Return of Property Application u/s 457 of the Criminal Procedure

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
