The Role

We are looking for a Law Graduate (LL.B or equivalent) to manage the operational engine of the firm.

This is not a sales role. You will not be cold calling. This is an execution and protection role. You will act as the "Quality Control" layer between our clients and the UAE government. Your job is to ensure that every company we structure, every contract we review, and every visa we process is legally sound and executed without error.

Key Responsibilities

1. Government Relations & Bureaucracy Management

• Act as the primary liaison between LEX LAYER and UAE government bodies (DED, Free Zone Authorities, Land Department).
• Navigate complex bureaucratic workflows to execute company formations, licensing, and residency processes.
• The Standard: You must have the patience to handle government delays and the resourcefulness to find workarounds when processes change overnight.

2. Legal Review & Documentation

• Risk Assessment: Review MOAs (Memorandum of Association), SPAs (Sales Purchase Agreements), and Service Contracts to identify risks before they reach the Founder or Client.
• Drafting: Create precise, professional Scope of Work (SOW) documents and proposals that clearly outline legal deliverables.
• Ensure all client files are audit-ready and compliant with current UAE regulations.

3. Client Stewardship (Post-Acquisition)

• Manage the operational needs of our existing client portfolio. You are their trusted point of contact for technical queries.
• Translate complex UAE regulations into clear, understandable Spanish for our clients.
• Identify gaps in a client's structure (e.g., missing Will, tax registration) and coordinate with the team to fill them.

4. Executive Operations

• Organize and manage the backend of the business.
• Coordinate high-stakes meetings with government officials and partners.
• Prepare operational reports that highlight bottlenecks and status updates.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) is MANDATORY. We need the critical thinking and reading comprehension that comes with legal training.
• Language Skills: You must be fully bilingual (Spanish & English). You will be reading laws in English and explaining them to High-Net-Worth individuals in Spanish.
• Location: You must currently reside in the UAE.
• Detail-Obsessed: You spot typos in contracts that others miss.
